Bianca Perez is President and Co-Owner of G&P Janitorial and Industrial Services, bringing more than 13 years of experience in engineering, construction management, project coordination, and contract administration.
Her professional background includes managing contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, invoicing, schedules, documentation, and coordination among owners, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
At G&P, Bianca leads business operations, estimating and bids, contract administration, compliance, client relations, and quality oversight. Her focus is building G&P around professionalism, responsive communication, accountability, and dependable service.
Francisco Gama
Co-Owner/Field Operations
Francisco Gama is Co-Owner of G&P Janitorial and Industrial Services and brings more than a decade of hands-on construction and field leadership experience to the company.
His background includes extensive experience in roofing and sheet metal, along with years of experience as a foreman supervising crews and working in active commercial and construction environments.
At G&P, Francisco oversees field operations, crew coordination, safety, productivity, and quality control. His hands-on experience provides G&P with a practical understanding of jobsites, contractor expectations, facility operations, and the importance of completing work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
